To keep our calendar accurate and relevant, IL asks organizers to follow a simple, automated process.

1. Submit Your Details

Use the Event Submission Form below to provide all the necessary information.

2. Checklist

To be featured, your submission must include:

• A High-Quality Image: No blurry posters!

• Event details: Date, time, location, and price.

• Booking link: A direct link to where people can buy tickets or register (Eventbrite, Ticketline, etc.).

• Language: Please specify if the event is in Portuguese or English.

• Teacher access code: You’ll need it to see the attendees who signed up

3. Timeline

• Website listing: Once submitted, your event will usually appear on the site within 48 hours.

• Newsletter: The event will be shown on the next newsletter.

• Quality Control: Improv Lisboa reserves the right to decline listings that are not improv-related or do not meet our community standards.

• Wait for invitation: As this is a curated calendar offering, expect a message from IL as an invitation before you spontaneously filling it

• Accountability: Organizers are responsible for cancelling or rescheduling an event.
